Well in Philly it's commonly referred to as the oldest street in America, but if you look at the website for it (http://www.elfrethsalley.org) it only describes it as "one of the oldest". There is a page for a street in New Paltz, NY which also claims to describe the oldest street in the U.S.; it's called the Huguenot Street Historic District but the page doesn't seem to be documented any better than this one.
