Eleutherodactylus martiae is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family. It is found in Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and possibly Bolivia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical moist montanes.
