Elena Rover

Elena Rover (born 1966) is an American freelance journalist and author who focuses on health and fitness issues.

She received her B.S. in biology from Barnard College in 1988 and a M.S. in journalism from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism. She began her journalistic career at The New York Times and has also written for Real Simple, Life, Glamour, Men’s Health, Condé Nast Traveler, Prevention, Fitness, Bride’s, Tennis, American Health, Natural Health and others.
