Elegaon[map] is a village and GramPanchayat located in Bhainsa Revenue Mandal of Nirmal Revenue Division in the Adilabad District of Andhra Pradesh State in India.

As this village comes under the Telangana region of the state Andhra Pradesh (well known as under developed region of this state), is backward area. Most of the people are illiterate. This village has around 3500 people. It is not so far from the Bhainsa, its Revenue Mandal. Still it is underdeveloped state. The main reason is illiteracy and not well connected roads to neighboring villages.
