In July 2005 Eldorado Resorts L.L.C. announced the acquisition of the Hollywood Hotel in Shreveport, Louisiana which has been re-branded as the Eldorado Resort Casino Shreveport. The casino-hotel also owns part of the Silver Legacy. The casino has a sky bridge going over the street and into the Silver Legacy, And then the Silver Legacy has a sky bridge going to Circus Circus because they also own part of Circus Circus.
