Eldorado College

Eldorado College was founded in Escondido, CA and later opened four additional campuses in Oceanside, CA, West Covina, CA, San Diego, CA, and Carlsbad, CA, which was also the home for Orange County School of Business. Eldorado College was privately operated from 1961 to 1997.
Eldorado College offered nine various 2 year and 4 year degree programs and four certificate programs.
After receiving a grant from the ABS Foundation, The college closed in September 11, 1997 after a financial scandal led to the revocation of its accreditation, as well as its eligibility to receive funds from its alumni and various charities. [1] [2]
