Elaine Donnelly (born 22 March 1948) is a British actress.

Donnelly started her career in 1969 and appeared in several small British dramas. Her career picked up when she started to appear in shows such as Upstairs, Downstairs, Z Cars, Emmerdale and Coronation Street. She completed appearing in all three major British soap operas when she appeared in Eastenders for five episodes. She also then appeared in shows such as Heartbeat, Bergerac, Casualty and Doctors. Her most recent appearance was in 2006 when she appeared in two episodes of Dalziel and Pascoe.
