[edit] Shell description

This species, known only from the obviously immature, unique type specimen, differs from Elachorbis subtatei in having finer and more numerous spiral threads, that commence at the suture; in Elachorbis subtatei there is a distinct plain subsutural sulcus, before the spirals commence. Adult specimens are awaited.

The shell height of the immature type specimen is 0.4 mm, and the width is 0.75 mm.
