ElAd Properties
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
El-Ad Properties is a real estate developer based in New York City, with extensive holdings in the United States, primarily New York City. The company is owned by El Ad Group, based in Israel. El Ad Group Florida and El Ad Group Canada are affiliates, and the company has recently begun expanding into the California market.[citation needed]
The company is run by CEO and President Miki Naftali.
Its flagship property is the fabled Plaza Hotel at Central Park, which the company has closed for renovations with a scheduled reopening later in 2007.
In April 2008, El-Ad Properties faced a law suit between themselves and the New Frontier owner. Las Vegas lawyer Gene Porter of Porter and Bello Law Corporations was hired to mediate the dispute. The final settlement totalled at just over $3,000,000.00.
