Talk:El Dorado, Arkansas
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I added some information to the basic demographic data. I'll try to add more later and bring it up to city standards if possible, and see if there are any useable images to add. I'd like to put up a South Arkansas Community College article.
I don't know all that international pronunciation markup stuff, but I want to explain that "El Dorado" is pronounced to rhyme with "tornado". If you know how to do it, feel free. --66.76.194.80 17:32, 11 July 2006 (UTC)
i know i hate it when people introduce me and say i live in "el doRAHdo and stuff"

Recommend adding a link to the Encyclopedia of Arkansas History & Culture entry on El Dorado. The Encyclopedia of Arkansas is a project of the Butler Center for Arkansas Studies at the Central Arkansas Library System, and the entry, which has lots of good suggestions for further research, was written by a South Arkansas Community College professor. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Encycloar (talk • contribs).
