El Dorado Park South is a neighborhood located on the east side of Long Beach. It is a quiet residential neighborhood close to El Dorado Regional Park, the 605 and 405 Freeways and plenty of local shopping.

El Dorado Park South is known for its family oriented atmosphere. People outside are often found to be taking bike rides and walks with their friends(some with four legs)under the mostly jacaranda shaded streets. We have a very active neighborhood association that participates in, among other things, a neighborhood night out, and concerts in the park.

El Dorado Park South is bounded by El Dorado Regional Park on the north, Studebaker Road on the west, Atherton on the South and a flood control channel in the east.
