Ekin Deligöz

Ekin Deligöz (born 21 April 1971 in Tokat, Turkey) is a German politician of Turkish origin and a member of Alliance '90/The Greens. She currently serves as a member of the German Bundestag.

Born in Turkey, Ekin's family moved to West Germany in 1979. She studied at White Horn High School and afterwards partook in Administrative Studies in Konstanz and Vienna. Ekin joined the Greens as a student member and belonged to the Bavaria of the Greens youth. Since 1998, she is a member of the Bundestag. Ekin Deligöz is married with one child.
