[edit] Re: Everyday life in the Marvel Universe
You tagged this for speedy deletion as "nonsense". This article does not qualify as patent nonsense under criteria for speedy deletions. Furthermore, the article has already existed for quite a long time and has been actively edited, and it has survived a deletion discussion before (albeit with a no-consensus keep). If you wish to see this article deleted, please relist it for deletion, just not too soon after the previous deletion was closed. --wwwwolf (barks/growls) 14:13, 5 July 2006 (UTC)
- Noted. But it's still not even close to an encyclopedia entry. It's little more than a compilation of trivia that would be better suited for somebody's personal website. Ekchuah 14:16, 5 July 2006 (UTC)
- I wasn't claiming it was good encyclopedia material =) but by all means, list it under AfD... it isn't speedily deletable, that's all. SDs are meant for blatantly wrong stuff only. --wwwwolf (barks/growls) 14:28, 5 July 2006 (UTC)
- Believe me, I already listed it for deletion, and it was voted down. And I'm the one who created it. --Chris Griswold 19:29, 5 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] User Page
Please set up an awesome user page filled with all of your favorite interests and opinions. Also link to your livejournal. Thanks! :-) Oh, also use like a million userboxes. Without userboxes, there's no way a person could fully understand just how deep and interesting you are. 204.69.40.7 14:19, 5 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Re: Friday Nite Improvs
You listed this article for speedy deletion. However, the article does, after the author's claims, provide some proof of notability, so I don't think this can be deleted under CSD A7. If you feel strongly about this article's deletion, please list it under articles for deletion. --wwwwolf (barks/growls) 14:24, 5 July 2006 (UTC)
- First you list Friday Nite Improvs for speedy deleteion and then Everyday Life in the Marvel Universe. Are you just working your way down the list of articles I have created? --Chris Griswold 19:28, 5 July 2006 (UTC)
- Wait... YOU're the guy who proposed adding the Chris Claremont fisting rumor to his entry?[1] Wow.--Chris Griswold 19:35, 5 July 2006 (UTC)
- No, I just didn't have a problem with its inclusion. It was some other anon user who proposed it. Ekchuah 05:23, 6 July 2006 (UTC)
- Ah. It was hard to follow the IPs. --Chris Griswold 06:16, 6 July 2006 (UTC)
- Apparently it's also hard to follow English, cos I never proposed it. I asked about it and DrBat flew off the handle like I'd accused his mother of entertaining circus freaks as a side business. 204.69.40.7 18:00, 6 July 2006 (UTC)
- And no, I'm not planning on nominating all your articles for deletion. Why in God's name would I? Ekchuah 08:22, 6 July 2006 (UTC)
- Because you don't know how to deal with your true feelings for me? I skimmed that discussion; it was mostly DrBat diatribes, and I'd rather watch him replace an SHB picture 30 times in one day than read something like that. It just looked strange to me that you nominated the first two articles on the top of my list on this username's first day of operation, and the next time I saw your name on my Watchlist that same day, it was on the next article in the list. Whatever; you won me over with that template gag. Why are you switching between IP and username? --Chris Griswold 20:20, 6 July 2006 (UTC)
- ... uh. I'm not. The anonymous guy is someone else. And that first line was more than a little random and more than a little creepy. I clicked on your name in one of the Young Avengers threads. I didn't think Everyday Life in the Marvel Universe was an encyclopedia article at all, didn't think Friday Nite Improvs was notable - I don't feel strongly enough about it to go further with it, though I did add a period to the end of a sentence - and liked variant cover but thought Avatar and Aspen warranted mention. Ekchuah 20:44, 6 July 2006 (UTC)
- OK, so you didn't win me over. Either way, I don't think you're sliding down my list anymore. But why are you and 204.69.40.7 (talk · contribs) responding in conjunction above, then? --Chris Griswold 21:03, 6 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Claremont
Please see Wikipedia's no personal attacks policy. Comment on content, not on the contributor; personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Note that continued personal attacks may lead to blocks for disruption. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. And FYI, the content was removed because it violated the rules of wikipedia, which I had been stating all along. Also, I made no requests for it to be removed; steve block removed it on his own. --DrBat 11:41, 7 July 2006 (UTC)
- Have you ever been laid? Have you ever even seen a woman naked? I'm guessing that you have not. You really are a perfect example of everything wrong with Wikipedia. When people mock this place, they are mocking an archetype based around you. You need to get laid. Maybe your buddy Claremont can tell you where he picks up his whores! Ekchuah 11:47, 7 July 2006 (UTC)
- Someone's getting testy. And most of the criticism against wikipedia seem to be against people who place unsubstantiated and libellous information in the articles, which you seem to fall under more. --DrBat 11:51, 7 July 2006 (UTC)
- Jesus Ek, you've got two fellows here who just seem to love you. Why are you so unhappy with this much affection in the world? :( 204.69.40.7 11:45, 7 July 2006 (UTC)

This flange is robust. It comes in slow. Like, reeeeaaaal slow, you know? Slow like a glacier, moseying on down the ages. Slow like a drumlin, or an Ox-Bow Lake. It keeps time with the hairs on your chin, and rides on the sunlight ridge.
Yeah. It's boney. Don't let them tell you it ain't boney! Those liars in their chariots, thinking they got them wheels a-rolling, rolling, rolling on... On down the lane. The lane that leads to Grandma. Wonder if she's home?
Nobody home. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.249.253.77 (talk) 23:45, 20 February 2008 (UTC)
