Ein Ayala (Hebrew: עין אילה, lit. Doe Spring) is a semi-cooperative moshav located 20 km south of Haifa in the north of Israel. [1]The moshav is under the jurisdiction of the Hof HaCarmel Regional Council. Approximately 800 people live in Ein Ayala,[2] some descendants of the original founders.

The moshav was founded in 1949 by Jewish immigrants from Czechoslovakia at the foot of Mt. Carmel. Before the War of Independence, the lands belonged to the Arab village of Ein Ghazal, or Ein Razela.

Ein Ayala's main industry is farming, mainly vegetables and fruit, although many residents work in nearby Haifa.

Tzomet Ein Ayala (Hebrew: צומת עין איילה), between the Nahsholim and Ofer junctions, provides access to and from Highway 4 for cars traveling north or south along Israel's coastal plain.
