Eilert Dietrichson Falch-Lund (born January 27, 1875 - died 1960) was a Norwegian sailor who competed in the 1908 Summer Olympics and in the 1912 Summer Olympics.
In 1908 he was part of the Norwegian Fram, which finished fourth in the 8 metre class competition.
Four years later he was a crew member of the Norwegian boat Magda IX, which won the gold medal in the 12 metre class.
