[edit] NPOV

Parsa and myself have been have been placing the NPOV tags on the cards. See the talk page at Talk:The World (Tarot card) Since tarot cards were not designed for the occult, the placement of "occult" stub tags does constitute POV and ignores tarot's gaming heritage. These individual card pages offer nothing more than occult speculations and perhaps should be deletedSmiloid 00:54, 19 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Article for deletion

This is one of many articles which many feel will never become anything more than a stub.Smiloid 06:03, 20 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Game Usage and card game stub

I have deleted the card game stub tag. Why? Because I feel that there is nothing to be added to this page that would further justify removing this tag. The article already indicates that Tarot cards are, or can be, used to play card games. What further do you wish to add to this page about such card games? Is there something special about the Eight of Coins in these Tarot card games? As far as I understand the rules of those games, it's The Fool that has a special use, and the Major Arcana is the set of trump cards. If there is some disagreement about what I've done here, please explain. Otherwise, I feel I'm following the WP:Be bold guidelines in this editing decision. I also feel that the card game stub tag does nothing to further the NPOV as the article already mentions the use of these cards in games. Craw-daddy 14:41, 11 April 2007 (UTC)
