Thanks. Someone else decided that Twin Cities couldn't be claimed by Minneapolis-Saint Paul since there are many other twin cities in the world. I thought he was probably right, so proceeded to change the ~400 links, and found absolutely none with "T" "C" that meant anything other than MSP, which in retrospect probably means it shouldn't have been changed.
