I'm working on a better message for first-timers, but it isn't done yet. It looks like you've been having some trouble with the page you created today. We have guidelines for what subjects are notable enough for inclusion, in the case of companies the guideline is WP:CORP. We also have a guideline on autobiographical material in large part because we want our articles to have a neutral point of view.
