User talk:Egothrasher

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Ok, the original error said something about "original essay" Everything I included on the Haloism page I wrote myself, just first on a bungie's website. Then I decided to make a wiki page, but it seems I did something wrong lol. I am the user Egothrasher on bungie's website, so how is it wrong just to rewrite my own material on a different website, as to make it more available and well known.

Facts and information on Wikipedia need to be reliable and verifiable. This means that you cannot publish your own original research. Indeed, because the material was yours, and not from some established source, it is contrary to Wikipedia policies and practices. Please read WP:OR for more information on this. - Revolving Bugbear 18:08, 9 November 2007 (UTC)
