I question the notability of Egon Boerger, there's no independed biography cited (in fact his own curriculum vitae is linked), he didn't receive any awards or honors, his name is not widely recognized (not even inside the computer science field). His work is mostly on Abstract State Machines whose notability should be assessed, too.
