Egemen

Egemen (Kyrgyz: Egement, English: Independence) was an organization in Kyrgyzstan. In 1998, its members allegedly threatened violent acts in retaliaton for Kyrgyz parliament deputy Dooronbek Sadyrbayev's proposal to grant the Russian language official status in Kyrgzstan.[1]
