Egaleo AO Athens (Greek: ΑΙΓΑΛΕΩ AO) AKA KAE Aigaleo BC is a Greek professional basketball team that is located in Egaleo, Greece, which is a suburb of Athens. Egaleo currently plays in the first Greek League of professional basketball the A1 Ethniki. The team's parent athletic club was founded in the year 1931 and the basketball division of the athletic organization was founded in the year 1956.

After the basketball department was founded in 1956 it only took the team 6 years to make it into the A1 division, which is the highest professional basketball league in Greece. Although the club is located in Athens it does not have the financial resources to compete in the same manner as the other Athenian teams like Panathinaikos BC, Olympiacos BC, AEK Athens BC, Panionios BC and Maroussi BC. From 1999 to 2006, the team was coached by Dimitrios Karvelas.
