From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A tag has been placed on Mostafa Gaafar, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as articles for deletion. If you can indicate how Mostafa Gaafar is different from the previously posted material, or if you can indicate why this article should not be deleted, I advise you to place the template {{hangon}} underneath the other template on the article, and also put a note on Talk:Mostafa Gaafar saying why this article should stay. An admin should check for such edits before deleting the article. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Please read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 4 under General criteria. If you believe the original discussion was unjustified, please feel free to use deletion review, but do not continue to repost the article if it is deleted. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. We welcome your help in trying to improve Wikipedia, and we request you to follow these instructions. [edit] Image source problem with Image:Hadry.jpg

Image Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading Image:Hadry.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 13:46, 2 February 2008 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Mosmof (talk) 13:46, 2 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Your image uploads

  1. I notice that you don't cited a source for any of your uploaded images. Even if you took the photos yourself, you have to provide detailed information on their copyright status. And consider uploading your original full, high-resolution images to Wikimedia Commons so that your images can be shared across all Wikipedia projects.
  2. I also noticed that many of your uploaded images are taken from other websites, but you have tagged them all as {{self}}. This is misleading and violation of copyright. Please properly cite the source of your image and tag them with the correct license. Continued violation of copyright can result in a ban from Wikipedia. Thanks. --Mosmof (talk) 17:20, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
