Efthimis Kioumourtzoglou (Greek: Ευθύμης Κιουμουρτζόγλου; born 28 September 1952 in Greece) is a Greek basketball coach. He was the coach of the Greek National Squad from 1987 to 1994. He won the silver medal at the Eurobasket 1989.
He also won the 6th place at the 1990 FIBA World Championship, the 4th place at the Eurobasket 1993 and the 4th place at the Eurobasket 1991. In 1995, he was a Euroleague semifinalist at the Saragoza final four and he managed to win the 3rd place there while coaching Panathinaikos BC. In 1996, he was a European Cup finalist while coaching PAOK BC.
He was also the head coach of both Aris BC and Iraklis BC.
