Effisland.

A very small place, in the grand scheme of things. Currently surrounded by a relatively flat and sparsely populated world.

The sole resident of Effisland likes to speak out, from time to time, and make contact with those in the outside world.

So far, comments in Wikipedia have gone unnoticed, but then again, Effisland has not been well represented.
