[edit] Resignation

Article shoudl explain his resignation as Lt Governor. As I recall he was convicted of perjury, and was legally required to resign when sentenced. The perjury conviction was overturned, because the committee he had sworn an oath to and then lied to had not legally been in session because only one committee member was present.  Randall Bart   Talk  23:29, 19 March 2008 (UTC)
