This article starts thus:

Edward W. Ng received his PhD degree in astronomy/applied mathematics from Columbia University.

That's a lousy opening sentence: It's starting with his biography BEFORE telling us what he's noted for. I'd change it right away if I were not unsure what to replace it with. Michael Hardy 01:42, 3 November 2007 (UTC)
