Edward N. Peterson is a historian of note, with 8 books pubished. This article should not be deleted. (anon).

Not being the author, I removed the deletion notice altogether, since he is a clearly N professor with 8 academic books. I have removed personal matter not suitable for an encyclopedia, and removed the long quotes from book reviews. The reviews can & should be added as references if exact sources are given.

The listings of his books still needs to be normalized to WP conventions. DGG 06:45, 19 February 2007 (UTC)
