1. It is a historically significant photo of a famous individual. The act depicted has been the subject of nontrivial coverage from the American Association of University Professors,[2] The New York Times,[3] National Public Radio,[4] and many other commentators on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
2. The original author is Agence France-Presse, but credit is given to the location Wikipedia obtained it - Getty Images.[5]
3. It is lower resolution than the original video (copies made from it will be of inferior quality).
