Edwyn Sherard Burnaby (1830 – 31 May 1883) was a Major General and Member of Parliament for Leicestershire North (14 April 1880)[1]. Served in the Crimean War.

He was the son of Edwyn Burnaby and Anne Caroline Salisbury.
