Edwin Markham School or just "Markham" School is located in Hayward, California and is closing in June 2009.

Markham School was origannaly called Hayward Grammar School and was located where present Cinema Place is located. It was renamed after local poet Edwin Markham in 1906. It moved to its current location on Ward and Sixth Streets in 1949. It shares the campus with Faith Ringgold School K-8 witch will take over the campus after Markham's closure.
