Edwin Henry Fitler

Edwin Henry Fitler (b. December 2, 1825, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; d. May 31, 1896, Torresdale, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) was a Pennsylvania manufacturer and politician. A Republican, he served as Presidential Elector for Pennsylvania in 1876 and mayor of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 1887-91. Fitler Square in Philadelphia is named in his honor.
