Edwin H. Baker Pratt (5 June 1913 – 18 March 1975) was an American educator and headmaster of Buckingham Browne & Nichols.

Pratt was born in Glen Cove, New York in 1913, the son of lawyer and financier John Teele Pratt and Congresswoman Ruth Baker Pratt; and grandson of oil industry pioneer Charles Pratt.
He was the fourth of five children. His brothers-in-law were Paul Nitze and Robert H. Thayer.
Pratt studied at Harvard College, graduating in the class of 1936.

He was headmaster of the private Browne & Nichols, now Buckingham Browne & Nichols, in Cambridge, MA from 1959 (or earlier) to 1968.

Pratt had four children, the youngest of which is singer-songwriter Andy Pratt.
Pratt died 18 March, 1975 in Boston, Massachusetts, aged 61.[1]
