(Francis) Edward Twining, Baron Twining GCMG MBE (1919-21 June 1967) was a British peer and former Governor of Tanganyika, more commonly known as Sir Edward Twining. He was a member of the Twining tea family.
He held this post between 1949 and 1958, when he was succeeded by Sir Richard Turnbull.[1]
