Edward Story or Storey (died 1503) was an English priest, Bishop of Carlisle, 14681477, and Bishop of Chichester, 14771503.

He was educated at Pembroke Hall, Cambridge, where he was elected a fellow about 1444. He was selected to be bishop of Carlisle on July 18, 1468, and consecrated on October 2, 1468.[1] He was translated to Chichester on February 11, 1478.[2] He served as chaplain to Elizabeth Woodville and as Chancellor of Cambridge University. He founded the Prebendal School in Chichester, and he is reputed to have had the Chichester Cross erected.

He died on March 16, 1503.[2]
