Edward Sels

Edward Sels (born August 27, 1941 at Vorselaar, Belgium) is a former Belgian professional road bicycle racer. He was professional from 1963 to 1972 where he won 35 races. He was the road race champion of Belgium two times, in 1961 (Military) and 1964. He won seven stages in the Tour de France and one stage in the Giro d'Italia. He wore the maillot jaune for 2 days in the 1964 Tour de France.
