Edward Mylin (October 23, 1894June 19, 1975) was a head football coach at Lebanon Valley College, Bucknell University, Lafayette College, and New York University. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 1974.

Mylin was the 23rd head college football coach for the New York University Violets located in New York, New York and he held that position for three seasons, from 1947 until 1949. His career coaching record at NYU was 8 wins, 17 losses, and 1 ties. This ranks him eighth at NYU in total wins and 16th at NYU in winning percentage. [1]
