Edward Lucien Bobinski

Edward Lucien Bobinski is a former Canadian diplomat. He was appointed concurrently as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Saudi Arabia, the Yemen Arab Republic and to the People's Republic of Yemen and later to Somalia then the Philippines.
