Edward L. Palmer, Jr.

Edward L. Palmer, Jr. (May 26, 1877May 13, 1952) was an American architect from Baltimore, Maryland, credited with the design and development of several planned neighbohoods, including many of the buildings within the Dundalk and Wawaset Park historic districts.
