Edward Foley (23 September 1676 – 4 April 1747) was the second son of Thomas Foley of Great Witley. He represented the Borough Constituency of Droitwich from 1710 to 1711, when appointed Receiver of the Duties on Hides and Skins. He again represented Droitwich from 1732 to 1741. Foley died of an infection in his foot in 1747, leaving no children.
