Edward Bourchier, 4th Earl of Bath (Baptised 1 March 1590 – 31 March 1636), was born 27 Aug 1575 in Somerset to William Bourchier, 3rd Earl of Bath and Elizabeth Russell. Edward was married twice first on 14 July 1623 to Dorothy St. John, daughter of Oliver St. John, 3rd Baron St. John of Bletso and Dorothy Read. They had five children. A year after Dorothy died he married a second time to Ann Lovet in 1633. Ann was the daughter of Sir Robert Lovet and Anne Saunders.

- William Bourchier born 1624 married Sarah Coole. Their granddaughter, Sarah Bourchier moved to America and continued a long line of American Bourchier descendants.
