Edward Behr (food writer)

Edward Behr (born 1951) is an American food writer. His books include The Artful Eater. Behr publishes a quarterly food magazine, The Art of Eating. When Edward Behr the journalist of the same name died in 2007, some news reports incorrectly confused the two. [1] [2]
