This article was basically a bulleted outline and has seen only modest improvement in the last few days. Much of the information was outdated. Proposals for further imporovement are listed below: Merge vocational section into Secondary & Tertiary sections; start new articles where appropriate. Think about moving IEK to a new namespace: most Wikipedia articles have a full title and do not employ an abbreviation. Destub the Primary & Secondary sections. Updated information on the status of private schools - especially universities - and degree recognition, and the political situation regarding other education reforms. Discussion of Greek education in the context of EU reforms. Brief discussion of the history of education in Greece proper, the Hellenistic world & the modern Greek-speaking diaspora.
