[edit] Ratings, importance, future development
Set the ratings and importance; the article is probably of low importance for all; the "class" parameter doesn't really fit, but I stuck something in as a placeholder, if nothing else - it's a short article that covers a brief topic, and there's little else to say.
For future development: perhaps there was some notable situation or circumstance that caused this act to be passed, or perhaps there is some notable consequence of this act, in which case the article might be expanded. If there is some notable consequence, perhaps it would be in a citation of this act in some legal ruling. Notuncurious (talk) 19:33, 4 March 2008 (UTC)
