Eduardo Gullas

Eduardo R. Gullas (born October 13, 1930) is a Filipino politician. He has been elected to five terms as a Member of the House of Representatives of the Philippines, representing the First District of Cebu from 1992 to 2001, and from 2004 to the present. He is currently a member of KAMPI and the One Cebu party. Gullas had also served as the governor of Cebu during the administration of President Ferdinand Marcos.
