Eduardo C. Robreno

Eduardo C. Robreno (born 1945 in Havana, Cuba) is an American jurist and the first Cuban-American to be appointed as a federal judge.
He received his B.A. from Westfield State College in 1967, an M.A. from University of Massachusetts in 1969 and his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in 1978.
Robreno was appointed by President George H.W. Bush to a seat on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and has served as on that court since July 27, 1992.
