Eduard Artyomovich Markarov (Russian: Эдуард Артёмович Маркаров) (born 20 June 1942 in Baku, Azerbaijan SSR, Soviet Union) is an Armenian football (soccer) manager and former player. He managed the Armenia national football team from 1992-1994. Markarov was a player for the USSR national football team, earning 3 caps and participated in the 1966 FIFA World Cup. Currently he manages Armenian Premier League club FC Kilikia Yerevan.
