Don Panyong ( Epifanio delos Santos), the master guitar player, modelled in clay by Guillermo Tolentino. Played an unknown yet new musical piece and simply grabbed first prize in Gen. Antonio Luna's best guitar singing contest. He left one of the most complete libaries, if not, the most complete in the Philippines of the best phonographic records of the best music in the world. Also praised by the American public as cited by Charles Griffith for brilliance in the six-stringed guitar. Likened to the great Segovia of Spain. Also known to play the violin and been called an expert pianist.
