Edsel B. Ford II (b. December 27, 1948, Detroit, Michigan) is the great-grandson of Henry Ford and the son of Henry Ford II.

He received his Business Administration Bachelor's Degree at Babson College, and completed the Program for Management Development at the Harvard Business School in 1981.

Between 1978 and 1980 Edsel ran Ford Australia. During his short tenure the Ford Falcon XD was released, and Ford Australia changed their source for smaller cars from Europe to Japan.

Edsel is currently a member of the Board of Directors. He was named president and chief operating officer of Ford Motor Credit in 1991, and elected a Ford Vice President in 1993. Edsel is very active in charitable and philanthropic organizations in southeastern Michigan.

Mr. Ford is married to the former Cynthia Layne Neskow and they have four sons. The eldest son (Henry Ford III) works for Ford Motor Company. Second eldest son Calvin works for a marketing company in Farmington Hills, Michigan. The third eldest son, Stewart S. Ford, is currently attending Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. The youngest son, Albert, attends Deerfield Academy in Deerfield, Massachusetts. The family lives in Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan.

Edsel graduated either in 1969 or, more likely, in 1968, from The Gunnery, in Washington, CT, USA before entering Babson.
