Edmund Hitler

Edmund Hitler (March 24, 1894 - February 2, 1900) was the younger brother of German dictator, Adolf Hitler. Edmund was the fourth child of Alois Hitler and Klara Polzl. Of the couple's six children, only two would survive infancy. Edmund's older brother and sister, Gustav Hitler and Ida Hitler, died in 1886 of diphtheria. Otto Hitler, the couple's third child, died in 1887 shortly after birth.

Edmund Hitler, one of only three surviving children by 1900, died of measles on 2 February 1900.

Edmund's younger sister, Paula Hitler, would be the only member of the family to survive World War II.
